二、范围
适用于因车辆租赁提交的一切保证金的收取与退还业务。
Scope: Applicable to all deposit refunds submitted for vehicle leasing.
三、保证金收取
在租赁车辆时，选择保证金担保方式的，承租人应当在签订汽车租赁合同时向出租人交纳保证金。出租人应当在收取保证金时向承租人开具相应单据，并不得将保证金挪作他用。
Deposit collection: If you choose the margin guarantee method when renting vehicles，the lessee shall pay a deposit to the lessor when signing the car rental contract. The lessor shall issue corresponding documents to the lessee when collecting the deposit, and should not misappropriate the deposit for other purposes.
